Une agréable fin de semaine à NYC et une excellente game des Giants au Metlife Positive: Super rapport qualité prix, le hôte était bien disponible et les consignes claires. C’était d’une bonne grandeur de logements pour 4 personnes. Les lits sont très confortables. Negative: Il manquait de chaise (seulement 1 divan deux places, et 2 chaises à manger) peu d’assiettes et d’ustensiles. Une odeur d’urine de chats est présente mais le reste était généralement propre.

Great price, clean, great parking. Would stay again. Positive: Nice and cool, great AC. Great that parking was available around back. Negative: Maybe more seating or another couch.

When we arrived at the property the parking lot that is provided is not clearly marked and is not big enough for an average vehicle it took me about 10 minutes to get my truck to fit in the spot due to all the other cars parked in the lot that is including a school bus with the mirrors that stick out very far. Was very difficult to walk up the very tight spiral wooden rickety staircase with luggage to the third floor. When we finally made it into our house the air conditioning was pretty much turned off and was 80° in the apartment and it took till about three in the morning to finally cool off. When taking a shower there are only two settings burning hot and lava there was absolutely no cold water at all. The shower water pressure was barely anything. I had to take a shower by running the water for a minute then shutting it off doing my shampoo turn it back on turn it off again soap up then turn it back on rinse off so I don’t burn my skin. There were nails sticking out of the molding going into the shower that could easily rip someone’s leg open. I felt like I could not walk on the floors in my bare feet because I felt like I was stepping on dirt. The beds were comfortable but I chose to use my own bedsheets and pillows because I did not trust what they provided even though it did look clean. One day we came back to have another car parked in the one and only spot available so I had to park on the lawn or I would’ve parked a mile away from the house and had to walk in the semi dangerous streets of the town. Another issue is there are not enough electrical outlets in the bedrooms I had to run a 20 foot cord to be able to charge my cell phone next to my bed. And the only TV in the house is in the living area there were no other amenities provided in any rooms. Whoever washes the towels does not use any kind of scent so the towels smelled weird and I did not want to use them so I went to Walmart and bought my own. I now understand why the price is the way it is.
