Luxury Suite by Prudential Ctr & 7min to EWR Airpt

Positive: Sehr nettes Apartment, gut ausgestattet mit 2 WCs. Sehr Sauber, Küche voll ausgestattet. Zu Bedenken sehr niedrige Decke - über 1,80cm kann nicht überall aufrecht stehen Negative: Zu beachten ein Base Apartment - bedeutet in USA Keller! Wir waren im Winter dort und der Boden (kein Teppich) war eiskalt und strahlt natürlich sehr aus. Das ist auch unmöglich zu beheizen selbst mit Strahler. Würde definitiv nicht empfehlen im Winter dieses zu buchen da es nicht warm wird. TV hat auch nur mittelmäßig für Sportkanäle funktioniert - benötigt PIN der nicht vorhanden ist für Apps selbst die Installation

super location and comfortable stay Positive: The location of the suite is perfect, only an 8 minute walk to Newark Penn Station perfect for our stay and is right next to Prudential Ctr as stated. The suit was clean and having the a kitchen was super! Bed and sofa bed were both comfy. Check in and check out were both easy and smooth. Lovely place to stay overall Negative: N/A

It was the most terrible Airbnb,lonely,noisy place to stay for the worth of money paid Positive: No breakfast Negative: The mouldy wet walls,non functional television,dirty bed linen,no response from the host,no extra sheets to change the dirty linen,noisy train pass.

Stay was decent, but would avoid this area of Jersey. Positive: -The place itself is very cozy. -The AC is great for the hot weather -it has 2 bathrooms -A kitchen thats stocked with plates, utensils and everything you’d need. -And it’s walking distance to the prudential center Negative: -The area is kinda sketchy and doesn’t feel safe to walk around at night. - Very hard to find parking near the area. You’ll be driving around for a while before you find a spot, and some blocks will require you to pay. -The place is actually just a basement style apartment. Ceiling is very low so if you’re taller than 5ft 8 then you might hit your head on the ceiling a lot. -We heard loud train noises all night aswell as banging noises from upstairs.
