Positive: Location wasn't bad Negative: Hall and stairway carpets need renewed doesn't give good 1st impression

El alojamiento debe estar listo para un descanso reparador pero cuando te encuentras con colchones viejos y ruidosos, ha Positive: Nada, Instalación antigua, las fotos no muestran la realidad, capacidad para cuatro personas y solo existen dos sillas Negative: Suciedad, vajilla rota, colchones viejos y ruidosos , habitaciones sin cortinas, instalaciones eléctricas inseguras

Nice, simple place to stay. Close to the Train. Quiet Neighborhood. Positive: The property is close to the PATH station. You could walk it would wanted to, we did not. There are several restaurants and a liquor store within walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a small playground a couple blocks away. Negative: We had a really hard time finding somewhere to park in the evening. There is only seating for two in the living room... a bit difficult for a family of four to be comfortable here. A tall-ish shelf in the corner for the coffee pot would have been amazing because there is nowhere on the counter to plug it in. We brought in a nightstand from the bedroom just to have coffee. And some potholders/hot pads, dish towels and dish sponges would be nice too. All that was there to use was paper towels. We stay in "home style" places with our kids because when they have had enough site seeing, it's over for everyone. The little things like... cooking and being able to sit and watch TV at night are what we need in a place to stay.

Great value, property was spacious and a perfect location to access NY city. Easy check-in with street parking availability and good local food options.Kitchen cookware could use an upgrade but all the essentials were there. Would reccomend to a friend.
